Access control and management

The registration activity can be entrusted to a totem that allows the haulier to choose one of the 18 languages available and then be guided in the compilation, from screen to screen.

The messages to the drivers are also generated in the language selected during the self check-in phase.

To speed up the work of the staff in charge of document management, it is also possible to have documents of various kinds scanned directly to the totem and have them appear in the office console.

Self check-in

The fields, also in this case, are customized according to need. The software allows you to upload information to be read by the user during the registration procedure, memorizing the choices and / or acknowledgment. These can be sent by email. Before concluding the operation, a summary of the data entered is proposed with the possibility of going back and changing as necessary.

Totem

The totem pole was designed to accommodate specifications
needs of each customer. Its shape is designed for the insertion of various hardware elements, which are still optional.

In its full version, it is equipped with:

21 inches touch screen display;
2D or 3D QR code reader
Documents scanner (A4 as well)
Audio speakers;
Webcam and microphone;
Termal printer for ticket release and/or A4 printings format

It is also customizable, on request, with logos made on adhesive films
